Eco-Friendly Waterborne Crosslinking Solution

Waterborne coatings often face challenges such as a short pot life and insufficient water, solvent, and abrasion resistance after film formation. Adding a crosslinker is an effective way to improve overall coating performance.

Langyi New Materials HyMax® CA carbodiimide crosslinker is a non-toxic, environmentally friendly waterborne additive that crosslinks with carboxyl-containing resin systems, strengthening adhesion between the coating and substrate surface while further improving the finished material's water, chemical, and abrasion resistance.

HyMax® WBI isocyanate curing agent uses advanced blocking technology to precisely control isocyanate activity. It offers excellent storage stability at room temperature and rapidly deblocks when heated to enable efficient crosslinking. Compared with conventional crosslinking systems, HyMax® blocked curing agent offers long-term storage stability, low odor, and safety with no free isocyanate and is particularly suitable for excellent chemical resistance, high gloss, and mechanical strength requiring high-performance coating systemsproviding a more flexible curing solution for both waterborne and solvent-based coatings.

High-Efficiency Anti-Hydrolysis Solution

In humid environments, especially under high-temperature and high-humidity conditions, the ester bonds in ester-containing polymer materials undergo hydrolysis, resulting in reduced mechanical performance and a shorter service life.

Langyi New Materials HyMax® anti-hydrolysis product series, reacts with carboxylic acids generated by polymer degradation to form stable urea compounds without adverse effects, thereby enhancing the hydrolysis resistance of polymer materials, effectively improving performance and extending service life.

HyMax® chain extender reacts with polymer functional groups to enable the controlled extension of polymer molecular chains and increase molecular weight, thereby effectively improving, partially restoring, or fully restoring the overall performance of polymer materials.

Safe, Long-Lasting Antibacterial/Deodorizing Solution

AntibacMax® antibacterial product series uses inorganic metal ions as its active antibacterial component, offering enhanced safety (no antimicrobial resistance and no irritation to the human body), superior processing performance (high-temperature resistance and low discoloration), and excellent application performance (antibacterial efficacy lasting more than two years). It can be used in virtually any field requiring antibacterial protection.

AntistinkMax® inorganic deodorizer has abundant active functional groups on its surface that chemically react with a variety of odor molecules, rapidly removing ammonia, acetic acid, hydrogen sulfide, and other odors without secondary release.

Energy-Efficient Nano Infrared Thermal Insulation Solution

Langyi New Materials AntibariMax® inorganic nano infrared barrier agent features small particle size, uniform particle distribution, high crystallinity, and a large specific surface area and can be used in coatings, films, and plastic products. Without requiring a reflective structure, the product effectively blocks near-infrared light through localized surface plasmon resonance absorption and polaron absorption, delivering excellent infrared blocking and thermal insulation while maintaining good visible-light transmittance. It is suitable for coatings, automotive and architectural window films, PC sheets, agricultural greenhouse films, and other applications, providing an efficient and flexible infrared-blocking solution for transparent thermal insulation materials.

High-Capacity Ion Adsorption Solution

GrabMax® ion adsorbents are a series of innovative inorganic adsorption products offering excellent selectivity and adsorption for different impurity ions. They are widely used in IC epoxy encapsulation materials, FPC adhesives, photovoltaic encapsulation materials, anti-corrosion coatings, and other applications. Through targeted ion-exchange reactions, GrabMax® efficiently captures free impurity ions such as sodium, chloride, bromide, copper, and silver, reducing the leaching of corrosive ions from epoxy resins and other materials. It improves the reliability of electronic materials and reduces product degradation, making it an important additive for electronic packaging and other precision-material applications.
